1. General Overview & Store Operations

2. Pricing, Products & Stock Availability

• All prices displayed on libaasbyeman.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We take every measure to accurately represent colors, embroideries, and fabric textures. Minor variations may arise from studio lighting or individual display screens.
• All orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an item is oversold, our concierge will notify you immediately to offer an alternative suit or a prompt refund.

3. Packaging & Courier Inspection Rules

• Transparent Flyer Packaging: All orders are dispatched in clear transparent flyers so you can visually verify the ordered suit color, design, and fabric from the outside before payment handover.
• Courier Protocol: According to nationwide logistics rules, courier riders are strictly not authorized to allow opening or breaking the flyer seal prior to collecting full payment.
• Strict 24-Hour Claim Window: Any transit damage, misprint, cut, or defect is fully covered under our Return & Exchange Policy, provided an uncut, unedited parcel opening video starting before breaking the seal is submitted within strictly 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours of delivery, the order is marked completed and no claim will be accepted or entertained under any circumstances.
• Refusal of Genuine Orders: Refusing legitimate orders at the doorstep without valid cause incurs substantial courier freight losses. Unjustified order refusals may lead to the customer’s phone number and address being reported across national COD logistics registries.

4. Delivery Timelines & Free Delivery Policy

• 100% Free Nationwide Delivery: Qualifying orders with a subtotal of Rs. 10,000 or above unlock 100% Free Express Delivery across both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment.
• City / Urban Areas (Orders below Rs. 10,000):
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 6 to 7 Working Days (Delivery Rs. 300).
  • Advance Payment (Bank / Raast): 2 to 4 Working Days (Priority Express • Subsidized Delivery Rs. 99 • Save Rs. 201).
• Village / Rural Areas (Orders below Rs. 10,000):
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 8 to 10 Working Days (Delivery Rs. 300).
  • Advance Payment (Bank / Raast): 6 to 7 Working Days (Priority Express • Subsidized Delivery Rs. 99).

5. Advance Payment Incentive (Bank Transfer / Raast)

• Priority Express Dispatch: Orders paid via direct Bank Transfer or Raast are processed ahead of standard verification queues.
• Subsidized Delivery Rate: Enjoy our discounted Rs. 99 Delivery Fee (saving Rs. 201 compared to COD).
• Proof of transfer must be shared with our support team on WhatsApp (+92 371 6914439) for immediate verification.

6. Order Verification & Cancellations

• Libaas by Eman reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone call or WhatsApp message prior to dispatch.
• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting customer support before dispatch allocation.
